WCX Series Conveyors

When there is a need to convey fragile commodities, the WCX range of belt conveyors is the ideal solution. These conveyors are designed to provide a practical, economical and gentle solution to your bulk solid conveying needs.

This series includes a wide range of capacities and configurations. From our smallest electric powered conveyor to our giant 120’ (36.5m) swing away conveyor, you can be assured you are purchasing a well designed, reliable piece of equipment.

From rice, lentils, chickpeas, fertiliser, sawdust, sand, feed pellets, fish meal, edible beans to organic grains of any type, the WCX range will make your job easier.

The series incorporates numerous design features specialising in ease-of-use and serviceability, including the following:

• 2-ply Chevron belts with nylon slider back to greatly reduce tube wear and friction.

• Added advantage of a complete clear-out to reduce the chance of cross contamination of products

• Pinch “S” drive to virtually eliminate slipping

• Plastic hood and collapsible canvas hopper to provide cushioning for fragile materials

• Industrial quality bearings on each roller to ensure correct tension and alignment

• Single seam along the top of the tube to reduce grain damage and resistance to flow

• Steel trussing (rather than cables) on models 100’ (30.4m) and longer to provide superior support with practically no sag under load

• Weather guards to provide the absolute minimum friction on the return side of the belt, increasing belt life
